From Fluidized Bed Specialist to Technology Leader
While Schwing Verfahrenstechnik concentrated on process measurement and control technology, fluidized bed technology was transferred to the new company Schwing Fluid Technik GmbH in 1996, followed by branches for thermal cleaning services in Germany, the Netherlands, Brazil, and Mexico.
With the acquisition of the innovative vacuum cleaning technology and the entry of Thomas Schwing into the family business in 2006, the group continues its successful course and expands its international market presence especially in the North American and Asian markets.
Following the renaming of Schwing Fluid Technik GmbH as SCHWING Technologies brand in 2017 and the consistent expansion of the company, including the construction of an additional production hall, sales office SCHWING Technologies North America Inc. in Princeton, New Jersey was founded in 2019.
The People behind SCHWING
Most of the approximately 100 employees work in the development, design, manufacture, sales and aftersales, as well as in the operation of thermal cleaning systems and other high-temperature systems. They are supported by their colleagues in international customer service, logistics, and administration.
Since foundation of the company, the health and safety of the company‘s own employees and the employees of its customers have been at the forefront. For several years now, SCHWING has also been supporting the physical fitness of all its employees with its own health promotion program.
